Once you have accepted the quote, we will send an invoice to your email address for a deposit of 50%. Creation of your item will begin after receipt of deposit. Any personalization (i.e. initials or brand) will only be done after item has been paid in full. After deposit has been made you will have five (5) days to cancel your order and receive a refund. Any cancellation done after five (5) days will not receive a refund because creation of item will have begun. All cancellations must be done in writing via our contact email address.
